CEESEN (Central and Eastern European Sustainable Energy Network) is a powerful force driving the transition towards sustainable energy solutions in our region. CEESEN was born out of the shared vision to create a greener future, where renewable energy is at the forefront of our collective efforts. The goal of CEESEN is to facilitate collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation among individuals, organizations, and businesses invested in sustainable energy and to represent the region on the EU level. By fostering a vibrant network of like-minded individuals, we can collectively accelerate the adoption of renewable energy sources and achieve tangible progress towards a sustainable and carbon-neutral future.
CEESEN was created as a result of the PANEL 2050 project in 2017.
The network is a consortium partner in the EU-funded CEESEN-BENDER, as well as a part of the CEESEU-DIGIT. See more about the network, as well as the project it's been a part of on CEESEN's website.
CEESEN is ensuring its financial sustainability by participating in new grant offers, looking for alternative funding opportunities, or assistance (i.e. monitoring grant offers from Erasmus+, LIFE, Horizon, Interreg Europe etc).
